Email Compliance Requirements

  • Account suspension — accounts found to be in violation of this policy may be temporarily suspended while we investigate
  • Termination without refund — serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination without refund of any prepaid subscription fees

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any policy violations before taking enforcement action, except in cases of serious or ongoing harm.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of WholeDatabase data by another user or third party, we encourage you to report it promptly. Reports help us maintain the integrity of our platform and protect all users.
