WholeDatabase provides B2B lead intelligence data for legitimate business-to-business purposes only. You agree to use the data responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of our data will result in immediate account termination.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times.

• We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
• We may introduce new features, change existing functionality, or adjust data delivery methods to improve the Service.
• In the event of a significant service disruption lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, affected Pro and Enterprise subscribers may request a prorated service credit.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed business opportunities, or data unavailability.

WholeDatabase offers the following subscription plans. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

The WholeDatabase platform, including its database, software, algorithms, user interface, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of WholeDatabase.

• Database Ownership: WholeDatabase owns all rights, title, and interest in the compiled database, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of data.
• License to Use: Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use downloaded data solely for your internal business purposes as permitted by these Terms.
• No Ownership Transfer: Downloading data does not transfer ownership of that data to you. You receive a license to use the data, not ownership of it.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service or its underlying technology.
• All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are the property of WholeDatabase or their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written consent.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us regarding the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

WholeDatabase employs rigorous verification processes and maintains an industry-leading 95% data accuracy rate. However, business data is inherently dynamic and subject to change.

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the Service.
• Business contact information — including email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company details — may become outdated as businesses change personnel, relocate, or close.
• We regularly update and re-verify our database, but there may be a lag between real-world changes and our records reflecting those changes.
• You acknowledge that some email addresses may bounce, phone numbers may be disconnected, and individuals may have changed roles or companies since the data was last verified.
• WholeDatabase is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on data obtained through the Service.
• We recommend verifying critical contact information independently before making significant business decisions based solely on our data.

Our data accuracy commitments and verification methodology are described in more detail on our website. The 95% accuracy rate represents an aggregate benchmark and may vary by data segment, geography, or industry.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, subject to the following conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WholeDatabase, including our directors, employees, partners, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

• We are not liable for any loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• We are not liable for any third-party actions, including the actions of individuals or businesses you contact using data obtained through the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to WholeDatabase in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• The Service and all data are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WholeDatabase, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service or any data obtained through it.
• Your violation of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use provisions.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including data protection and anti-spam laws.
• Any claim by a third party that your use of WholeDatabase data caused them harm, including claims related to unsolicited communications.
• Your negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the Service.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
• Notwithstanding the above, WholeDatabase reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or tools. WholeDatabase is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.

• We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the Service from abuse and automated access. Your use of the Service is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Your payment information is processed directly by these providers and is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
• We may use third-party analytics, hosting, and infrastructure services to operate and improve the platform.
• Your use of any third-party service accessed through WholeDatabase is at your own risk and subject to that service's own terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the Service.
• We will provide at least 30 days' notice before significant changes take effect, unless the change is required to address a legal obligation or security concern.
• Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account before the changes take effect.
